The project adresses implementation of climate change mitigation and adaptation measures at the level of owners or managers of agricultural land. The main project goal is to improve the capacity of farmholding in the area of climate change adaptation. Using an application, developed within the project, farmowners will be able to better plan appropriate measures and development of their farm holdings. The project uses the concept of ecosystem services as the framework to implement appropriate measures at the level of farm holding. The project is financed through EU`s Rural Development Programme.
